A set of 8 buildings with two basements, ground floor plus nine additional floors built on one common podium. The Buildings was multiuse, comprising of 1,500 Apartments and the two basement Car Park has a capacity for 1,100 cars. Ranya were responsible for the civil works excluding Joinery and Aluminum works. Ranya were also responsible for the management of sub contractors and all disciplines in the project.
